SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Routy, operated by IRQ LLC, Phoenix, Arizona.
What the program is
Routy is dispatch software for trucking carriers. When a carrier enrolls a driver or dispatcher in Routy, that person can receive text messages about the loads they are running.
This is an operational program. It is not marketing. We do not send promotions, offers, or advertising by text.
What we send
- Load assignments and changes — pickup and delivery locations, appointment times, reference numbers
- Reminders — arrival, departure, and paperwork
- Requests for documents — bill of lading, proof of delivery, lumper receipt
- Confirmations that a document was received and filed
- Settlement notices — when a driver's pay statement is ready
- One-time verification codes
Sample messages
Routy: Load 9484376 picks up 06:00 at Sysco Phoenix, door 14. Reefer 35 continuous. Reply STOP to opt out.
Routy: Proof of delivery received for load 9484376. Filed. Msg&data rates may apply.
Routy: Your settlement for the week of Aug 17 is ready to review.
Routy: Your verification code is 480315. Do not share it.
How you opt in
Your carrier enrolls you and provides your mobile number. Before any messages begin, you confirm by replying YES to a single confirmation text, or by agreeing when you set up your Routy account.
We only text people who have agreed to be texted. If you receive a message and did not agree to it, reply STOP and it stops immediately — then tell your carrier, because they added your number.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
To start again, reply START.

Opting out of texts does not remove you from Routy. Your carrier can still reach you through the app and through Telegram.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how many loads you run. A driver typically receives between 2 and 15 messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Routy does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives, and you should not rely on text messages alone for anything time-critical or safety-critical.

Your privacy
We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver these messages on our behalf.
